In the practice of Ayurveda food is the catalyst that gently encourages us toward optimal physical, mental and spiritual health - nourishing our mind, body & spirit while engaging all of our senses - allowing us to feel healthier, happier and stronger than we ever imagined. Food prepared with the correct balance of tastes for our individual constitutions and in harmony with the seasons becomes the cornerstone for our well-being. Once you know your dosha, you are ready to begin your journey into living and cooking the Ayurvedic way.
